To have cordial and meaningful dialogue with the Divisional Officials for the overall improvement of functioning of the Division.
To have affiliations with the All India Federations.
To receive donations etc. to strengthen the financial position of the Association.
To help agents attached to different branches to form Branch Associations.
To organize educative meets / seminars at Branch & Divisional level to impart knowledge & thereby raise the professional image of the Agency Force & Life Insurance Business attaching more importance to the meaningful than decorative.
Making use of Information Technology to speed up policy servicing functions in order to augment new business activities with a view to upgrading & upholding the market share & sovereign status of our institution LIC OF INDIA.
To create utmost awareness among LIC agents that practicing Professional Ethics in every word & spirit is essential for survival & also ensure that the quality of services being rendered to the policy holders remain the BEST among the lot because the policy holders’ utmost satisfaction is the door- way to the success of our profession
